Cotton (including combed and ringspun)

Soft hand, great for everyday tees and many DTF or screen jobs. Ringspun and combed cottons feel smoother than open-end basics. Cotton is the default when comfort matters more than athletic moisture control.

Polyester and performance knits

Wicking poly suits teams and outdoor work. Printing needs care: dye migration on some dark polys can tint light inks if temperature or underbase is wrong. Tell us the blank so we press correctly.

Blends and tri-blends

Cotton/poly blends sit in the middle — softer drape than stiff poly, more durable shape than 100% cotton for some washes. Tri-blends can look premium but may need method tweaks for the best opacity.

GSM and weight
