How to Prepare Your Logo Files for Custom Printing

The file you send decides how sharp your print looks. Here is what we need for screen printing, DTF, and embroidery — and how to fix a low-res logo before it costs you.

Best formats by method

Screen / embroidery — SVG, PDF, AI, or clean EPS vectors
DTF photos — high-resolution PNG or TIFF with transparency when needed
Simple raster logos — PNG at large pixel size (think thousands of pixels wide)

Resolution rules of thumb

If you zoom 100% and edges look soft, it will look softer on fabric. Rebuild or redraw when possible.

Backgrounds

Transparent PNG for non-rectangular marks. Read PNG vs vector.

Fonts

Outline text in vectors or embed fonts in exports so letters do not substitute.
